Use this checklist to organize a readiness meeting before mobilization. It does not determine compliance, choose security criteria or replace an approved test plan. Keep protected identifiers, drawings and criteria in the project’s approved systems.
1. Criteria and scope
- The authority and approving project contacts are identified.
- The governing documents, editions and approved clarifications are recorded.
- Acoustic metrics and RF frequency-dependent criteria are specified separately.
- The required boundaries, interfaces and test coverage are agreed.
- Reporting, exception handling and retesting expectations are defined.
2. Construction and operation
- The assemblies are complete for the agreed test stage.
- Doors, seals, filters, penetrations and services are in the required condition.
- Temporary diagnostic work can be distinguished from permanent construction.
- The relevant room and equipment operating conditions are agreed.
- Construction changes after testing have an owner and review process.
3. Access and measurements
- Access to both sides of the selected boundaries is arranged.
- Escorts, working hours and equipment-entry requirements are confirmed.
- Source-operation constraints and neighboring activities are coordinated.
- Background noise, ambient RF and measurement capability have been considered.
- Time is reserved for investigating limitations rather than guessing results.
4. Information and logistics
- Approved channels exist for any protected project material.
- The initial website inquiry contains unclassified general information only.
- The authorized report recipients and secure delivery process are agreed.
- Overseas transport, customs and local permissions are addressed where applicable.
- A point of contact can resolve readiness issues before travel.
Print this page for the readiness meeting. Mark unresolved items in the project record and assign an owner and completion date. Readiness is a scheduling decision; it is not evidence that the facility meets its performance requirements.
For an initial scope discussion, request testing using unclassified information only. OSAT documents measured performance; the responsible authority makes acceptance and accreditation decisions.
