OSAT’s published corporate capabilities describe nationwide and international field-testing service. Availability for a particular location depends on scope, schedule, site access, equipment transport and applicable restrictions. A location request should begin with a general city, region and country, not a protected facility identity.

Domestic project logistics

  • Confirm a point of contact who can resolve access and readiness questions.
  • Arrange escorts, working hours and equipment-entry approval.
  • Reserve access to both sides of the selected boundaries.
  • Coordinate activities that affect acoustic background or RF measurements.
  • Agree reporting recipients and the permitted delivery channel.

International scope planning

Allow time to review equipment import and re-export arrangements, local source-operation requirements, shipping, power compatibility, work authorization and access. The relevant project and local authorities must resolve applicable requirements. Do not assume that an existing test plan can be moved overseas without logistical and operational review.

Avoid an unnecessary return visit

A readiness review should happen before travel arrangements are fixed. Incomplete doors, missing filters, unapproved criteria or unavailable receiving spaces can prevent useful acceptance measurements. Record unresolved items, assign owners and agree the conditions under which the visit should proceed.

When urgent retesting is requested, identify the general repair status and requested window. Scheduling remains subject to readiness and availability. The combined readiness checklist provides a practical agenda for the pre-mobilization discussion.

For an initial scope discussion, request testing using unclassified information only. OSAT documents measured performance; the responsible authority makes acceptance and accreditation decisions.
